We do everything reasonable to keep the timer accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it will work without interruption, error, or data loss.
No liability for outcomes
You are responsible for any consequence of relying on Pulse Timer. We are not liable for missed deadlines, overcooked food, unattended exercise, skipped meetings, lost productivity, or any other outcome resulting from using — or failing to use — the timer. If accurate timing is critical, please use a dedicated device.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Reverse engineer or scrape the site at scale beyond ordinary use

Intellectual property
The Pulse Timer name, brand assets (including the heartbeat / ECG mark), and source code are owned by the author. The timer itself — the function of counting down or up — is, of course, not.

Pulse Timer's features, design, and these terms may change at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
